Purchase policy – Happy Cute Design


1. About Happy Cute Design

2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains information about products, price, and billing and delivery address.

If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately via email.


3. Delivery

Normal delivery times are 1-3 working days within Sweden and 3-5 working days within Europe.

NOTE: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.

In case of unannounced delays, please contact us via email.


4. Prices

All prices are stated in SEK. Payments in EUR, DKK or NOK are converted by your payment provider according to the current exchange rate.

VAT is not charged as the business is not VAT registered (hobby business).

We reserve the right to price changes due to printing errors or incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.


5. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing on the website, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods.

When exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • Let us know via   [email protected] with name, address, email address, order number and which goods are being returned.
  • Return the products within 14 days, well packaged and in original condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.

When refunding, we may make deductions for depreciation if the products have been used more than necessary.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made products that are personally tailored to the customer's wishes.


6. Complaints and claims

All products are checked before they are shipped. If the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery:

  • Email us immediately with your name, address, email address, order number and description of the error.
  • Wait for approval before returning the product.

If the complaint is approved, Happy Cute Design will be responsible for the return shipping. If the defect cannot be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product, a refund will be made in accordance with consumer protection legislation.


We follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN).


7. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. at Postnord).   We are also not responsible for any damage to objects (such as adhesive marks or surface damage) that may occur when applying or removing our products. Use at your own risk.

8. Product information

We reserve the right to printing errors and final sales.

The products are handmade, and images on the website may differ slightly from reality due to screen, light and photo quality.


9. Cookies

This website uses cookies for functionality and improved user experience. You can block cookies yourself via your browser settings.

10. Personal data


10.1 What is personal data?

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person, such as name, address or email address.


10.2 What data do we store?

To process your order and respond to questions, we store:

  • First name and last name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Purchase history

The data is stored as long as we have a legal basis, e.g. to fulfill the contract or fulfill legal obligations such as the Accounting Act.


10.3 Legal basis

Personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you, i.e. deliver products and handle orders.


10.4 What data is shared and for what purpose?


10.4.1 Payment provider

When making a purchase, information is shared with the payment provider to complete the payment and protect against fraud.

What is shared is name, address, email address and phone number. Payment provider: Stripe


10.4.2 Freight companies

For delivery, we share information with the shipping company:

  • Name and address
  • Email address and/or mobile number for notification

10.5 Right of access

You have the right to receive a copy of all the information we hold about you. The copy will be delivered electronically in a readable format.


10.6 Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement incomplete information.


10.7 The right to be forgotten

You can ask us to delete data concerning you at any time. Exceptions exist, for example if the data must be saved for legal obligations.


10.8 Data Protection Officer

Happy Cute Design is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that GDPR is complied with.

We use secure systems and SSL encryption to protect your data. All processing is in accordance with GDPR and Swedish law.

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions. Changes are effective from the date of publication on the website.


12. Dispute and choice of law

If a dispute arises, we will try to resolve it directly with the customer.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be heard by the Swedish Complaints Board (ARN).

All disputes are interpreted according to Swedish law.
