Can I have my package wrapped?

Of course! Leave a message at checkout and your order will be wrapped in a package before delivery.

Is there a quantity discount?

Yes! When purchasing 3 products, a 10% discount is automatically deducted at checkout.  

Why aren't Klarna or Swish offered?  

Happy Cute Design is a hobby business and therefore offers card payments right now. It is the easiest and safest way to handle orders. The hope is to be able to offer other payment methods such as Klarna and Swish as the business grows in the future.  

Is it possible to cancel or buy?  

Yes, it is possible to cancel a purchase. The product must be in new condition for the right of cancellation to apply. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Where does the design come from?  

Everything is hand-drawn by Angelica, the person behind Happy Cute Design. Each design is unique and created with a focus on color and joy.  

How does delivery work?  

Every order is packed with care and shipped within 3 business days.  

Normal delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days within Sweden and 3-5 working days within Europe.

Delays may occur, for example during holidays.
